Purpose and Mission Statements
United Ministries provides life-changing opportunities for people in Greenville County who lack education or employment skills, who are in financial crisis, or who are homeless, and those who can help.

Statement of Belief
We believe integrity in thought and action is how we best serve God and humanity. Living authentically is how we put faith into action.

We believe that everyone has value and deserves to be treated fairly.  Our program participants are the focus of everything we do.  They are NOT interruptions.

We believe volunteers are our strength. Who gets credit for a job well done is not as important as realizing that volunteers and staff are all part of the same team, working for the same goals. We encourage intentional creativity, innovation and commitment.

Statement of Confidentiality
I agree to hold confidential all information to which I may have access about program participants, past or present, and will not share this information with unauthorized persons.  I shall treat all records and files as confidential materials, available only for authorized personnel.

I understand that a background check may be required as a volunteer.

Please list the names and phone numbers of two (2) references whom we may contact.
